Prospective Bidders,

Please reference the attached document to view the Contract Documents for the above-referenced project.  As stated within the title, these repairs require immediate attention and for this reason the bidding process will be expedited.

Bids shall be sealed and submitted to Fairway Village Residents Assoc. Inc. office by FRIDAY FEBRUARY 3, 2012 @ 2:00 pm.

The scope of work is summarized within the bidding document and the last 2 pages contain the plans.

Plan purchase at our office will not be required.  However, a bid package may be obtained at Advanced Engineering & Design, Inc., 3931 68th Avenue, Pinellas Park, Florida 33781. Inc. for $25 per packet if desired .

Town of Redington Shores-INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Redington Shores is requesting competitive bids for “Gulf Boulevard Crosswalk”. Plans and specifications are included with the Request For Proposal (RFP) at a cost of $50.00 cash or check.

Highland & Jeffords Drainage Replacement (09-0001-EN)

The work for which proposals are invited consists of 1,425 LF of 60” RCP, 80 LF of 54” RCP, 7 storm structures, a headwall, 2,875 SY of parking lot reconstruction and other miscellaneous tasks. A complete bidders package containing plans, specifications, bond forms, contract form, affidavits and proposal form is available to the general public (Contractors, Sub-contractors, suppliers, vendors, etc.) for review and purchase. However, sealed proposals will only be accepted from those Contractors that are currently City pre-qualified Contractors in the construction category of Sanitary & Storm Sewers with a minimum pre-qualification amount of $1,000,000.00.
